摘　　要： 采用单次腹腔内注射不同剂量(25、50、100 mg/kg)的玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenone,ZEA),研究ZEA对小鼠血液毒性作用。血常规分析表明,ZEA不能引起小鼠贫血,可导致淋巴细胞明显减少(P<0.05),白细胞及其他各组分细胞升高,血小板数量明显减少(P<0.05),这些变化存在剂量依赖性;血生化分析表明,肝功能指标(AST、ALT)明显升高(P<0.05),TP和ALB水平降低,肾脏功能指标尿素、尿酸明显升高(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,ZEA对小鼠血液、肝脏、肾脏有严重的毒害作用。 After different single dose of zearalenone（ZEA）（25,50,100 mg/kg） was injected to mice,the effects of ZEA on mice in vivo were investigated.The results of hematological parameters analysis showed that ZEA couldn＇t cause the mouse anaemia,and lymphocytes were obviously decreased（P〈0.05）,WBC and constituents were increased,platelet were obviously decreased（P〈0.05） which depended on dose.The results of seral biochemistry analysis indicated that ALT,AST,urea and uric acid were significantly increased（P〈0.05）,TB and ALB were decreased.Thus,the above results strongly suggested that ZEA have a seriously poisonous effect on blood,liver and kindey in mice.
