摘　　要： 本文提出了企业管理现代化的参数模型,在此基础上设计了调查分析工具,利用此模型和工具对北京地区和全国230多家企业进行了问卷调查,并对1200多项国家级管理现代化成果进行统计分析,在实证研究的基础上,对我国企业管理现代化的现状作了总体评价,并归纳出我国企业管理现代化已经取得的六大成就,揭示了当前我国企业管理存在的社会责任缺失、治理机制不完善、管理粗放、创新不足、低水平竞争等五大问题。 The paper proposes a parameter model of business management modernization, designs an investi- gation analysis tool to carry out more than 230 enterprises questionnaire on Beijing and other areas, and complete statistic analysis on more than 1200 national - grade management modernization achievements. Based on the empirical study, the paper values the present situation of management modernization of Chinese enterprises totally, coneludes six achievements iof business management modernization, reveals five crucial problems, such as lack of social responsibility, imperfection of governance mechanism, rough management, innovation deficiency and low level competition.
