摘　　要： 文章从法律文本的组成及法律翻译的目的出发,阐述法律文本中将法律言语行为作为法律文本中翻译单位的科学性,并结合实例说明其可操作性。作者在文末指出该理论的适用性及局限性,目的在于进一步明晰法律文本中翻译单位的概念,提高法律文本翻译质量。 Legal speech acts as translation unit in legal texts are explored in terms of the contents and characteristics of legal texts and the goal of legal translation with typical case studies to illustrate its feasibility in translation practice. The article also points out the applicability and limitations of the proposed theory with the aim of sheding light on further studies and thus improve the quality of legal translation.
