摘　　要： 出版物国际交换是人类文明演进中的文化产物,是知识传播与交流的重要方式。它依据正式的契约或协定,彼此提供出版物,以促进世界各国家之间文化思想的交流。1925年,民国政府加入了《布鲁塞尔协定》,并积极参与出版物国际交换活动,对我国近现代古籍整理、图书出版及文献交流有积极的意义。 Publications exchange is the cultural result of human civilization evolution and an important way of knowledge transmission and communication. It provided publications among them according to contracts and agreement, to promote communication of culture and idea among nation in the world. In 1925, the government of Republic of China joined Brussels Agreement, and took active in publications international exchange, and it produced positive significance to collation of ancient books, book publishing and scientific and cultural education in modem China.
