摘　　要： 产业结构的调整与优化会促进经济的发展,从而引起物流需求的数量及质量等方面的变化。在分析产业结构变动对物流需求的影响的基础上,采用灰色关联模型对茂名市产业结构变动影响物流需求进行了实证研究,并从完善交通运输等基础设施、大力发展第三方物流、进一步加大物流发展应用技术的推广、完善物流相关政策和法规等方面提出了促进物流业发展对策。 The industrial structure adjustment and optimization will promote economic development, which led to changes in the logistics needs of quantity and quality. Based on analyzing the influence of industrial structure change on the demand of logistics,then using gray correlation model to empirically study the influence in Maoming City, and from improving transport infrastructure, vigorously developing the third-party logistics,further increasing the application of technology to promote logistics development, and perfecting the logistics related policies and regulations and so on, it proposes measures to promote the logistics industry.
