摘 要: 通过电导率法,鉴别食用油中潲水油实验条件的选择,最终选择将提取的潲水油经过回收和精炼以后,用15mL正己烷溶剂溶解,加入20mL去离子水,置于温度为25℃磁力搅拌器上,以转速100r/min进行搅拌,混合搅拌分层后,用电导率仪快速测定水相电导率。实验结果表明,合格食用油的电导率较低,都在10μs/cm以下,潲水油的电导率较大,最大可达到166.7μs/cm。且食用油中潲水油的加入量和电导率之间具有良好的相关性。因此可以用电导率来作为鉴别合格食用油和潲水油的一种方法。 Through experimental conditions choice of distinguishing hogwash oil in edible oil through conductivity measurement. Choose the measurement, that after hogwash oil, which was recovered and refined, was dissolved in 15 mL hexane solvent, join 20 mL deionized water in it. Place it at 25 ℃ on a magnetic stirrer to stir the 100 r/min. After mixing, use electrical conductivity meter rapid determinate electrical conductivity of water layer. Experimental results show that the lower the electrical conductivity of qualified oil, are 10 μs/cm below. The electrical conductivity of the hogwash oil larger, the largest up to 166.7 μs/cm. And between electrical conductivity and the hogwash oil amount of edible oils it have good correlation. So can be used to identify qualified as the conductivity of the oil and hogwash oil.
