摘 要: 通过化学分析、力学性能分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜等测试方法,研究了蒸压材料中常见离子对水化硅酸钙的影响。研究结果表明,随着蒸压制品的碱度下降,含Al相优先生成的水石榴石分解,形成Al代水化硅酸钙;[SO4]取代[SiO4]的量与水化硅酸钙的种类和量有关;碱金属离子K+、Na+离子可取代Ca2+进行C—S—H结构中。 The structure and properties of the hydrate calcium silicate were studied by chemical analysis,mechanical properties,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscopy scanning.Hydrogarnet was translated into calcium silicate hydrate with declining alkalinity of autoclaved products.The amount of [SiO4] replaced by [SO4] is relative to amount and kinds of calcium silicate hydrate.Ca+ in calcium silicate hydrate is replaced by K+ or Na+.
