摘 要: 文中在现实的基础上假设连锁便利店的有效配送距离是以克里斯塔勒中心六边形法则原理进行划分,将突发事件对连锁便利店的影响分为对货物状况的影响、对车辆状况的影响和对道路状况的影响三种类型,并分析了在这三种应急类型下连锁便利店所应采取的不同应急措施,最后着重在配送中心临时停用或遭受重大毁坏以及配送中心临时缺货两种应急情形下建立了新的数学模型并提出了具体解决问题的策略,最后通过一个例子及其分析,表明在当突发事件发生时,如何对连锁便利店做出最佳的应急配送决策。 In the assumption that the effective distribution distance of the convenience -store -chain is divided by the principle of the hexagonal rules of Christaller W, and we divide the impacts on the convenient - store - chain from the emergencies into three kinds, which are impact on goods condition, impact on vehicle condition and impact on road condition, and we have an analysis of the convenience - store - chain at this three types of emergencies and come up with different emergency measures. And then we put emphasis on the distribution center is disabled or out - of - stock and set up new mathematical models and propose specific strategies to solve the problems. At last, through an example, we give an indication that convenience - store - chain how to make the best decision of emergency distribution at a minimum loss when the unexpected accidents happened.
