摘　　要： 从珠三角区域中小民营企业现有融资渠道及其结构状况与特点出发,分析其融资现状,在对珠三角近千户中小民营企业的融资情况调查的基础上,从外部环境、商业银行、中小民营企业自身等三个不同的视角对珠三角中小民营企业融资困境进行剖析,并从创新性和可行性的角度提出发挥政府在改善民营中小企业外部融资环境中的作用、建立有利于民营企业融资的政策机制等七个方面建议,以期来改善珠三角中小民营企业融资困境。 From the structural condition of the exist ing financing channels and characteristics of the medium private enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region （PRD）, the financing status of them in the PRD is analysed.Based on investigation of nearly one thousand of small and medium private enterprises, financing Dilemma is figured out from the three different perspectives ：external environment, commercial banks ,and small and medium private enterprises themselves.On the basis of these Analysis, some policy recommendations of coordinate development of the small and medium private enterprises’ financing in the Pan-PRD are made.
