摘 要: 以对甲氧基苯甲醛、乙酸甲酯为原料,甲醇钠为催化剂,经Claisen-Schmidt缩合反应合成了对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯。考察了催化剂种类、反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应的影响,得到了较佳的反应条件。即n(对甲氧基苯甲醛)∶n(乙酸甲酯)=1∶8,甲醇钠用量为反应混合物的10%(质量分数),反应温度50℃,反应时间1.0 h。在该条件下,对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯的收率为79.0%,质量分数超过99.0%。此外,FT-IR和1H NMR及熔点测定结果表明,所得产物是预期的目标化合物。 Methyl p-methoxy cinnamate was synthesized by Claisen-Schmidt condensation from p-methoxybenzaldehyde and methyl acetate using sodium methoxide as catalyst.The effects of factors such as catalyst kinds,n(p-methoxybenzaldehyde)∶n(methyl acetate),amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and time on reaction results were examined.The obtained optimum conditions were n(p-methoxybenzaldehyde)∶n(methyl acetate) =1∶8,amount of sodium methoxide 10wt%,reaction temperature 50 ℃ and reaction time 1.0 h.Under above conditions,the yield and purity of the product were 79.0% and more than 99.0% respectively.The structure of the obtained product was confirmed by FT-IR,1H NMR and melt point.
