摘　　要： 阐述了风险识别、风险评估、风险控制等内涵,对相关理论和方法进行了归纳总结与评述,并对各种方法的优缺点及适用范围作了说明,最后指出了风险管理的最新发展趋势。 It analyzes the definition and conception of risk identification, risk assessment and risk control, summarizes their theories and technologies, compares the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies, and describes the application ranges. Finally it indicates the current development of risk management.
