摘 要: 以三裂叶蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata L.)、艾草(Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC. Prodr)和五爪金龙[Ipomoeacairica (L.) Sweet]为供体植物,分别以三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosa L.)和黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)为受体,采用培养皿滤纸法进行化感试验,测定三裂叶蟛蜞菊、艾草和五爪金龙的茎叶水提液对三叶鬼针草和黑麦草幼苗的根长、苗高和鲜重的影响。结果表明:三裂叶蟛蜞菊、艾草和五爪金龙的地上部分水提液对三叶鬼针草和黑麦草幼苗生长有明显的化感作用,且不同浓度水提液对不同杂草的影响存在差异;对根的生长都有明显的抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大抑制作用明显增强;而三裂叶蟛蜞菊和艾草水提液对受体植物苗高则呈现出"低促高抑"的趋势。 In this study,with Wedelia trilobata L.,Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC.Prodr and Ipomoea cairica(L.) Sweet as allelochemicals donor plants,Bidens pilosa L.and Lolium perenne L.seeds as the receptors,respectively,the filter paper method of petri dishes was used to examine how water extract of plant aerial parts affect the root length,seedling height,and fresh weight of Bidens pilosa L.and Lolium perenne L..The results showed that water extract of aerial parts of Wedelia trilobata L.,Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC.Prodr and Ipomoea cairica(L.) Sweet had obvious allelopathic effect on seedling growth of Bidens pilosa L.and Lolium perenne L.,and different concentrations of aqueous extracts made different effects.The inhibition of aqueous extracts to root growth was observed,which became stronger with the concentration of aqueous extracts going up.For seedling height,the effect of aqueous extracts of Wedelia trilobata L.and Artemisia lavandulaefolia DC.Prodr was beneficial under lower concentration and inhibitory under higher concentration.
