摘 要: 以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)为测试菌,对77株分离自健康苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)根、茎、叶、花、果的内生真菌菌株进行抗菌活性筛选。结果表明,77株内生真菌中,有31株具较强的拮抗作用,其中苦瓜内生镰刀菌菌株中62.96%具较强的拮抗作用;另外还有4个不产孢菌株也具有较强的拮抗作用。 The antibacterial activities of 77 strains of endophytic fungi isolated from balsam pear (Momordica charantia L.) were screened with Escherichia coli. The results showed that 31 strains of endophytic fungi had presented strong antibacterial activities. Accounting for 62.96 percent of endophytic Fusarium strains had a strong antibacterial activities; another four strains that could not produce spores also had a strong antibacterial activities.
