摘　　要： 围绕图书馆纸质与数字文献资源的采访业务,分别从不同角度推理分析潜在的知识产权纠纷风险。比如从文献版权取得、合法出版、合法营销、馆藏合理使用、馆藏查漏补缺等方面进行梳理,以求在工作实践中,加强自律并担负起版权保护的新职能,尽可能规避各种知识产权侵权风险。 Around the library acquisition of paper documents and digital resources ,the paper analyzes the potential existence of intellectual property risks from different angles, such as document＇ s copyright obtain,legal publishing,legal marketing, collection＇ s rational use,leak fill a vacancy collection, so as to strengthen self-discipline and take on new functions of copyright protection, and strive as much as possible to avoid the risk of intellectual property infringement in practice.
