摘　　要： 文章从夏洛克的权利与界限两方面解读莎翁笔下的《威尼斯商人》。认为合同(契约)既应遵循合同自由的原则,也应合理。 This paper deconstructs Shakespeare＇ s Merchant of Venice by analyzing the rights and boundaries of Sherlock, and the anthor thinks the contract that between shylock and Antonic follow the prnciple of freedom of contract that should be protected.
