摘 要: 建立测定鸡肉、鸡肝和猪肝中溴螨酯残留量的气相色谱-质谱方法。样品用环己烷-乙酸乙酯(1:1,V/V)均质提取,提取液浓缩定容后,用凝胶渗透色谱净化,供气相色谱-质谱仪检测,外标法定量。方法检出限为5μg/kg。鸡肉中的溴螨酯添加水平是5、10、50μg/kg时,回收率为69.4%~104.6%,相对标准偏差为9.3%~11.9%;鸡肝中的溴螨酯添加水平是5、10、50μg/kg时,回收率为74.4%~104.5%,相对标准偏差为8.3%~10.8%;猪肝中的溴螨酯添加水平是5、10、50μg/kg时,回收率为74.6%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为9.6%~11.1%。 A gas chromatograph-mass spectrometric(GC-MS) method was proposed for the determination of bromopropylate residue in chicken meat and liver and pork live.The method was based on the sequential procedure consisting of homogenization for extraction with a mixture composed of cyclohexane and acetic ester(1:1),condensation,constant volume dilution,cleanup by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),GC-MS detection and quantification by the external standard method.The detection limit of the method was 5μg/kg.Spike recoveries for bromopropylate at the levels of 5,10 μg/kg and 50μg/kg and relative standard deviations were 69.4%-104.6% and 9.3 %-11.9% in chicken meat,74.4%-104.5% and 8.3%-10.8% in chicken liver and 74.6%-103.8% and 9.6%-11.1% in pork liver.
