摘　　要： 随着畜牧业由数量规模型向质量效益型的转变，动物产品的品质受到越来越多的关注。饲料作为动物的直接食物，与动物产品有着直接的关系。本文主要从饲料原料、各营养素及其它一些饲料营养因素出发探讨了它们对肉品质的影响。 With the transformation of animal husbandry from quantity model to the quality model, the animal product quality has been receiving more and more attention. Feed is the direct food of animal, and it has close relations with the animal production. This article mainly discuss the influence on the meat quality from the feed raw material, various nutrients and other feeds nu- trition factors.
