摘　　要： 硒是动物体必需的微量元素之一，与动物免疫功能之间有着密切的关系，自20世纪70年代以来，世界各地的学者广泛开展有关硒方面的研究。证实硒能提高畜禽的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能，增强机体对传染性疾病的抵抗力。缺硒能影响动物免疫器官的发育，降低动物的特异性和非特异性免疫功能，降低细胞因子的分泌。本文就微量元素硒对动物免疫功能的影响作一综述。 Selenium is an essential trace element in animal body. There is a close relationship between it and animal immune function. From 70＇s in twenty century, a great deal of researches were carried out on it. So far, it was confirmed that selenium can raise the function of animal ＇s humoral immunity and cellular immune, enhance resistance to infectious disease. Deficiency in selenium can influence the development of body＇s immune organ, decrease the specific or nonspecific immunity function and decrease the secretion of cytokine. According to the latest research achievement, we summary this review, hoping that it can be some helpful to readers.
