摘　　要： 本文主要考证知宁海军职官这一特殊官职。1．宁海军的设置：宁海军机构是伪齐刘豫在金初阜昌元年设置的一个特殊行政管理单位，相当于当时的一个州。2．宁海军名称沿革：宁海军之名经数次更改，大定22年改为宁海州，后又改为宁海卫、宁福营。3．宁海军官职的设置：主要有三个级别的职位，分别是知宁海军事、同知宁海军事、宁海军司理参军事。知宁海军，官职大于县令，相当干后来的宁海刺史，正五品，掌同府尹兼治州事。4．知宁海军的职责：治理州中大小事务。5．历任知宁海军及刺史人员时间考证。 This essay presents the findings of the authors in a study of the official ranks established for Ninghai Jun, a special administrative institution in the Jin Dynasty. The study covers the following as- pects： 1. the establishment of Ninghai Jun, a special administrative institution set up by Liu Yu, emperor of Qi, a self-proclaimed dynasty, in the first year of his reign （the 8th year of Emperor Tianhui of the Jin Dynasty）, which equals a zhou （prefecture） at that time; 2. the course of change of the name ＂Ning- hai Jun＂（changed into Ninghai Zhou in the 22nd year of the reign of Emperor Dading,and later,into Ninghai Wei, Ningfu Ying, etc.）;3, the establishment of the three official ranks of Ninghai Jun： zhi Ning- hal Jun shi （magistrate of Ninghai Jun）, tong zhi Ninghai Jun shi （roughly, deputy magistrate of Ninghai Jun）, and Ninghai Jun sili canjunshi （roughly, official in charge of administration of justice）;4, duties of the officials of Ninghai Jun： in charge of the administration of Ninghai Jun; 5. successive magistrates and governors of Ninghai Jun and their terms.
