摘 要: 多媒体网络教学突破了传统的英语教学模式,产生了多样化和开放性的英语教育形式,使学习成为一个合作与交流的双向互动过程。在有关教学的研究中,教师的研究倍受研究者重视。教学动机衍生于教师的内驱动力与需求,它同时也是学生学习动机生成的源泉之一。在大学英语多媒体网络教学的环境中,教师的教学动机也受其影响。 In the environment of multimedia-net-assisted language teaching,traditional teaching mode is broken through and diversified and open-ended education modes occur.Learning is a mutual activating process of cooperation and communication.Teacher,one of the key factors in teaching,is attached great importance by the researchers.Teaching motivation is derived from inner driving force and need of teachers,which is one of the sources of learner's motivation.A research is carried on the effects on teaching motivation of the college English multimedia-net-assisted language teaching and corresponding measures are put forward.
