摘 要: 给出了DKSZ-1型电力电子实验装置脉冲触发电路的原理框图,着重分析了KC04实现宽、窄脉冲两种工作模式的原理及其工作波形,介绍了该电路在三相全控整流及逆变、三相交流调压及直流电机调速系统等实验中的应用。文章对该电路工作原理的详细分析可以加深学生对晶闸管触发电路原理的认识,有助于实验技术人员对设备的维护。 This paper presents a functional block diagram of pulse trigger circuit for DKSZ - 1 power electronic experimental device, and analyzes the working principle and waveform of KC04 in realizing wide and narrow pulses two kinds of operating modes. It also describes the proposed circuit used in three-phase full-controlled rectifier and the inverter, three-phase AC voltage and DC motor speed control system, etc. The detailed analysis of the trigger circuit will be helpful for laboratory technicians to maintain the devices and students to understand the principle of the circuit.
