摘 要: 本文借助于剪叶法研究了玻璃网室内盆栽条件下属间远缘杂交后代远诱1号、水稻亲本品种圭630以及生产推广当家杂交组合汕优63灌浆成熟期冠层三叶片光合作用产物在产量形成中的贡献程度的品种间差异,探讨了在开花期分别剪去剑叶、倒2叶、倒3叶对结实粒率、籽粒充实度以及经济系数的影响.研究结果表明,剪叶对各类水稻籽粒充实均有极显著的抑制作用,超高产品种远诱1号的产量形成对灌浆成熟期冠层叶片光合产物的依赖程度比杂交水稻组合汕优63和常规水稻品种圭630的要大得多;不同叶位对产量形成的作用不同,其贡献大小与品种类型(尤其是株形)有密切的关系,远诱1号更依赖生育后期剑叶的光合产物,而汕优63和圭630则对倒2叶和倒3叶片有更多的依赖性. A detailed study on the assimilates partitioning characteristics of canopy leaves among intergeneric hybrid Yuanyou 1 derived from progeny of distant pollen mutation of Oryza×Sorghum, Gui 630,the maternal variety of Yuanyou 1,and a 3 line hybrid rice Shanyou 63 with defotiation at different position in the canopy was carried out in pot experiments under greenhouse conditions in Guangzhou in 1993 and 1994.The main results obtained shows that a significant difference exists in the assimilates partitioning characteristics among the tested varieties. There is a significant relationship between assimilate partitioning character and plant type of crops.
