摘 要: 为了探讨镉对鸡血管的毒性作用,试验采用H.E.染色,运用光镜、电镜观察镉中毒的性未成熟鸡的主动脉和前腔静脉组织的显微和超微结构变化。结果表明:镉对鸡血管有明显的毒性作用,主要表现为光镜下血管细胞水肿变性;高镉组、低镉组鸡血管均发生不同程度的病理组织学变化,其中高镉组表现为内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞染色质浓缩边聚,膜芽状突起,DNA降解,胞浆浓缩和形成含有变性浓缩核的凋亡小体等病变,且病变程度随染镉剂量的加大而加重。 In order to investigate cadmium's toxic effect on chicken blood vessel, our experiment use H. E. dyeing and light microscope and electron microscope to observe microstructure and ultramicrostructure variation of immature chicken's aorta and precava after toxication. The result showed that cadmium is poisonous to chicken blood vessel apperently, mainly hydropic degeneration of angiocellular under light microscope, chicken blood vessel has histopathological change under both high dose and low dose cadmium group in different degree, endothelium and smooth muscle cells showed condensation and margination of choromatin, membrane bud shaped ecphyma, DNA degradation, cytoplasm condensation, denatured and condensated apoptotic body in high dose group. Degree of pathological changes is direct correlation to choromium dosage.
