人参茎叶总皂苷对心理应激荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长及化疗效果的影响
Influences of Ginseng Stem and Leave Saponin on Tumor Growth of Tumor-bearing Mouse in Psychological Stress Status and the Chemo-therapy Effect

摘  要: 探讨了人参茎叶总皂苷(GSLS)对心理应激状态荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长及化疗效果的影响。对C57/BL小鼠移植性肿瘤Lewis肺癌鼠施以6h/日束缚模拟心理应激,测定GSLS对小鼠肿瘤抑制率和对免疫器官质量的影响以及对化疗药环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗效果的影响。<结果>束缚应激组小鼠与对照组比较,肿瘤质量增加40.82%(P<0.01),表明束缚应激状态下肿瘤生长明显;GSLS100mg/kg、200mg/kg组与CTX联用组瘤重明显低于NS+束缚模型对照组(P<0.05-0.01),表明GSLS与化疗联用组肿瘤抑制率明显提高。GSLS+束缚应激组胸腺和脾脏质量分别增加13.41%、7.06%,表明GSLS对免疫器官有增重作用。人参茎叶总皂苷与化疗药物联用后对束缚应激状态的动物移植肿瘤有明显抑制作用,其可明显增强化疗药物对肿瘤的抑制效应,机制可能与其抗心理应激、增强免疫及抗肿瘤的综合作用有关。 The influences of Ginseng Stem and Leave Saponin (GSLS) on tumor growth and immune function of Lewis lung cancer-bearing C57/BL mice were investigated. The tumor-bearing C57/BL mice were treated by the binding stress and then the effects of GSLS on tumor growth of the mice and chemotherapy effect were assayed. Immune organ spleen and the thymus gland weight were also measured. Results showed that, compared with control group, the tumor weight of binding stress-treated mice group was 40.82% higher, indicating that tumor growth obviously increased in psychological stress status. And the tumor weight of mice treated with combined chemotherapy CTX with GSLS 200 mg/kg or100 mg/kg was significantly lower than those of mice in NS+binding and CTX+ stress status. The weight of thymus gland and spleen of GSLS +stress group were 13.41 % and 7.06%, respectively, indicating that GSLS could enhance immune function. It was concluded that psychological stress could improve growth of mice Lewis lung cancer and combined chemotherapy by Ginseng Stem and Leave Saponin with chemotherapeutic drug could enhance the anticancer activity.
