摘　　要： 网络系统管理正成为信息网络建设的关键．本文分析了现代校园网与企业网对信息网络管理的需求以及国内外现有同类系统的发展状况，提出了开发具有自主版权和开放接口的系统管理软件的设计方案，并介绍了系统中主要功能模块的结构设计． Network and system management is now becoming the key to the construction of modern information network. Here the demands of the campus and enterprise network for the information network management system were analysed. A new design method of the system management is proposed and some modules of subsystems are surveyed as examples.
