摘 要: 香蕉是我国最重要的经济作物之一,随着我国香蕉产业的迅速发展,对香蕉假茎的处理技术提出了迫切的要求。根据香蕉假茎先分段再切块还田的工艺设计思想,研制开发出了一种由圆盘锯齿刀背刀交错布置于两条转轴上的类似对辊式运动原理的香蕉假茎切块还田机构,并以此机构进行了功率影响试验和性能试验。试验结果表明,该香蕉假茎切块还田机构功率消耗较小,大于3kW的功率就能满足切块需要,且样机的切块质量性能很好,切块质量在250g以下的合格率为84%,94%以上的切块最大投影面积尺寸在110mm×60mm的区域内,符合香蕉假茎切块还田的农艺要求。 Banana is one of the most important cash crops in China.In accordance with the rapid development of the banana industry in China,the processing techniques for banana cauloid are in urgent need.According to the processing method in which the banana cauloid is to be diced before it is recycled to the filed,a machine for the banana cauloid dicing and recycling is designed on this basis,in which several disk-sawtooth blades are staggeredly arranged on two shafts with their blades opposed to each other to perform mutual-roller-type movement.Experiments for testing the influential factors to the power and performance are performed on this machine.The test result indicates that the machine has a smaller power and need more than 3kW could be realize dicing device.Also the machine has a good dicing performance,and the percent of pass for the dice quality which under 250g is over 84%,and more than 94% the projection area of the largest cuts in the size of 110 mm × 60 mm in the region,in line with the requirements of agronomy for banana cauloid dicing and recycling.
