摘　　要： 本文从演化博弈的角度对战略网络城市进行了分析,通过设计合理的奖惩机制,得到了战略网络城市之间竞合的进化稳定策略,为研究战略网络城市之间的竞合分析提供了参考。 This paper analyses a strategic network city based on the evolutionary game, by introducing a appropriate incentive mechanism, the evolutionarily stable strategy of this game is obtained, which provides a new reference to analyze competition and cooperation in a strategic network city.
