摘　　要： 正确认识建设工程质量保险是其顺利推行的基础。从市场、技术、制度和社会四个方面分析推行建设工程质量保险的条件,可对其推行过程有更深刻的认识。文章最后提出了有针对性的政策建议。 A correct understanding of construction project quality insurance is the basis for its smooth implementation. From the market, technology, institution and society, this paper analyses the conditions of implementing construction project quality insurance, which may be a deeper understanding of its implementation process, and it also makes targeted policy recommendations.
