摘　　要： 人中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白NGAL(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin)是一种肿瘤相关的糖蛋白。在乳腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌和食管癌等许多恶性肿瘤中异常表达,与癌细胞的侵袭、运动和转移等生物学行为密切相关。本文将对其生物学功能及其与肿瘤发生的关系进行阐述。 Neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin（NGAL） is a tumor related glucose protein.NGAL expression level increased abnormally in breast,gastric,colorectal,ovarian,pancreatic and esophageal cancer,which is highly correlated with many malignant behaviors such as invasion,migration and extension of tumor cells.In this article,NGAL biological functions and the correlation with tumorigenesis were reviewed.
