摘 要: 采用In-Vitro模型及结合扫描电子显微技术,在模拟人体结肠环境中,考察了RS4型抗消化淀粉薄膜的结肠微生物降解性能。结果表明,RS4型抗消化淀粉能够被结肠中的微生物特异性降解,具有良好的结肠靶向降解性,可以控制生物活性物质的释放。同时,以牛血清白蛋白为模型生物活性物质,建立了以RS4型抗消化淀粉为载体的BSA口服结肠靶向控释系统,经体外释放特性研究,该系统能保护生物大分子牛血清白蛋白(BSA)穿过模拟人体上消化道,并在人工模拟结肠环境中具有良好的释放特性。 The colonic biological degradability of RS4 film was studied in in-vitro model under the simulated colonic fluid by SEM. RS4 film exhibited good colon-targeting degradability and the result showed that the RS4 can be used for a potential delivery carrier for oral colon-targeting delivery systems. Furthermore,oral colon-targeting delivery system was prepared using bovine serum albumin(BSA)as the bioactivity material models and RS4 film as the carrier material. In-vitro simulated release experiment proved that RS coated tablet had potential ability of colon-targeting release. This system can successfully pass through the upper digestive tracts and target to releasing the BSA in the colon.
