摘　　要： 一个从传统形态的国家转变为现代形态的国家,不可避免要经历典范选择、领袖主导和自主发展等方面的历练。中国在现代转型的过程中,由全心模仿美国,到悉心仿效苏联,再到欣赏新加坡,其间由国家领袖人物主导的典范选择,对中国从传统到现代的转型发挥了巨大的推动作用。但是,中国是一个极为特殊的现代转型国家,依靠模仿是不可能完成自身现代转变的。因此,在模仿成就了中国现代转变巨大成就的同时,超越既有现代模式,探索适合中国特殊国情的发展路径,已经成为中国自身发展模式凸显而出的理由。而在新加坡与中国之间总结归纳中国发展路向问题,则更具有影响中国今天发展的重要意义。 In China＇ s modern transition, first is to simulate America, then to be imitative of the Soviet Union and last to appreciate Singapore, in which exemplary selection plays an important role. However, China is a special country and the only imitation can not make it change into a modern country. To explore the right path fit for China to develop has become an important issue for China＇ s development. The Singapore＇ s development will have more influences on China＇ s road of development.
