摘 要: 采用半连续无皂乳液聚合工艺,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,乳化剂用量低于临界胶束浓度,合成了苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯共聚乳液。系统研究了由KPS分解机理引发的溶液pH变化对乳液平均粒径、耐水性等物理性能和表面施胶效果的影响。结果显示:当初始pH为中性或者pH小于3时的乳液的稳定性、物理性能,作为表面施胶抗水剂使用时的抗水性最优。 A styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer was synthesized using potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator by semi-continuous soap-free emulsion polymerization technique under a emulsifier concentration that was lower than its critical micelle concentration (CMC). The influence of pH variation, which resulted from the decomposition of KPS, on the average particle diameter, water-resistance and surface sizing performance of the copolymer emulsion were investigated. The results showed that the stability, physical properties of the copolymer emulsion, as well as its water-resistance as a surface sizing agent were very fine when the initial pH was neutral or lower than 3.
