摘　　要： 房地产业是推动澳门经济有效运转的四大产业之一。随着澳门赌权的开放,澳门房地产业与博彩旅游业一道,进入产业成长的新阶段。房地产业在经济运行中所显示的经济功能,充分展现了澳门房地产业的良好发展前景。 The real estate industry is one of the top four industries which promote the economy of Macao.With the Opening up of the gaming industry,Macao＇s real estate industry and its gaming industry are now at a new period.The economic performance of Macao＇s real estate industry displays its good development prospect.In order to evaluate the economic performance of Macao＇s real estate industry reasonably,using Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）,this paper conducts an assessment of the real estate industry in Macao from a new perspective.The results show us that Macao＇s real estate industry＇s economic performance is significant,strong and effective.Therefore,Macao should not only focus on its gaming industry,but also take appropriate measures to promote its real estate industry.
