摘　　要： 利用细菌在生长过程中会合成各种有关代谢的酶类（预成酶）这一原理，采用自行设计的快速微量生化反应方法进行肠杆菌属的鉴定，以《伯杰氏系统细菌学鉴定手册》第八版为标准，建立了肠杆菌科分属的生化鉴定试剂盒，在实验验证过的菌株中与常规方法符合率达百分之百。 A self-designed microbiochemical reaction system as used for the fast determinnation of Enterobacteriaceae,which is based on the theory that the bacteria can produce various kinds of enzyme (proformed enzyme) related to the metabolism.A test kit was made for the fast identification of Enterobacteriaceae according to the standard of Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology the (eighth edition).For the strains tested the results are in fully consistent with the ordinary method.
