摘　　要： 针对5A01铝合金的耐蚀性,分别在空气和3.5%NaCl水溶液中进行CERT(恒应变速率拉伸)试验研究热轧板材的抗应力腐蚀敏感性。采用金相,断口扫描电子显微分析和透射电子显微,分析了热轧板材的断口形貌和显微组织,研究了5A01热轧板材的抗应力腐蚀性能。结果表明:在空气中的应力腐蚀试样的抗拉强度与屈服强度与在腐蚀液中的基本相同,而在腐蚀液中的试样延伸率降低了5.6%;合金抗应力腐蚀性能良好,应力腐蚀敏感性指标Eloss为0.16。 The susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking of 5A01 alloy plates was investigated by CERT test respectively in air and 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution.The results show that tensile strength and yield strength of samples in air are almost the same with that in the solution,and elongation of samples in the solution decreases 5.6%.The index of stress corrosion sensitivity,Eloss is 0.16,so its stress corrosion resistance is excellent.
