摘 要: 针对我校实验诊断学见习存在的弊端,在我院2005级学生的临床见习中,探讨由检验医师参与带教,开展检验参观的教学效果差异。结果显示:实验组学生的病历成绩、平时成绩、体检成绩、理论成绩和总成绩与对照组学生成绩比较,均无显著统计学差异,而标本考试成绩则优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示检验医师参与实验诊断学带教,开展"开眼界"式的检验参观,既增加学生对现代临床实验室的感性认识,也有利于检验医师的带教能力的培养。 In view of current shortcomings in clinical probation of laboratory diagnostics, this paper discusses the teaching effect of visit to laboratory department led by laboratorians. The result shows that there are no significant differences in scores of diagnostics, including the scores of eases, histories, physical examinations, theories and total scores between the experimental group and the control group. The scores of samples by experimental group are higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The visit to laboratory department led by laboratorians can reinforce students' perceptual knowledge of modem clinical laboratory and improve the teaching ability of laberatorians.
