摘　　要： 在Hom(M,C)中定义了余卷积的概念,其中M为右A-模,A为代数,C为余代数.并由此构造了含在Hom(M,C)中的最大右R′-余模(R′为含在Hom(A,C)中的最大余代数).最后由余卷积构造的右R′-余模和卷积构造的右R′-模,共同形成了右R′-Hopf-模. In this paper, the co-convolution is defined in Hom（ M, C）, where M is a right A - modu- le, A is an algebra and C is a coalgebra and the maximal right R＇ -comodule in Hom（M, C） is also con- structed （where R＇ is the maximal coalgebra in Horn（M, C）. In the end, the R＇ -comodule constructed by co-convolution and right R＇- module constructed by convolution become together a Hopf - module.
