摘　　要： 在当前市场经济体制下，如何加强高校教师职业道德建设，充分调动高校教师工作积极性，本文认为，要了解高校教师角色地位和角色任务，认识高校教师社会态度和需要的特点，以及影响其积极性的心理因素，提出运用激励机制，采用科学方法，转变消极态度等对策的思路。 How shall loe strengthen the construction of professional ethice of univrsity teachers andbring their initiative into full play under the conditions of market economy?This paper holds that we should understand their social and task as university teachers, their social at-titude and needs as well as their psychological factors that can possibly chill their enthusiasm so as to findout,a scientific way of encouraging them to change their passive attitude.
