摘　　要： 根据人类wnt9a基因的序列,设计检测引物,RT-PCR结果表明wnt9a在人类乳腺癌MCF-7细胞中表达.为进一步研究wnt9a蛋白是否在MCF-7中表达,表达和分离纯化wnt9a蛋白,并制备多克隆抗体,免疫组化研究表明wnt9a蛋白在人类乳腺癌MCF-7细胞中表达.本研究为进一步研究wnt9a在乳腺癌发生和防治中的功能奠定了一定基础. According to human wnt9α gene sequences, detection primers of human wnt9a are designed. RT-PCR results shows that wntga gene express in human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. To further study whether the wnt9α protein expressed in MCF-7, the wnt9α protein was expressed and purificated, then the polyclonal antibody was prepared. The experimental results of immunohistochemistry shows that the human wnt9α protein express in MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. All this lay a certain foundation for further study on the function of wnt9α to prevent and treat breast cancer.
