摘　　要： 通过引入多参数及估算权系数,建立一个具有最佳常数因子的核为实数齐次的Hilbert型不等式,它是一个经典的Hilbert型不等式的最佳推广,还考虑了它的等价形式,逆式及一些特殊结果. By introducing multi-parameter and estimating the weight coefficients, a Hilbert-type inequality with a best constant factor and a homogeneous kernel of real number-degree is given, which is a best extension of a classical Hilbert-type inequality. The equivalent form, the reverses and some particular results are considered.
