摘　　要： 本研究选取广东外语外贸大学学生为研究对象,探讨外语院校大学生的心理压力源以及面对压力的应对方式。研究发现学习、就业及个人发展、自我评价方面的压力是外语院校大学生的主要压力;外语院校大学生普遍采用积极的方式应对压力,但在对待人际问题时较多使用消极方式。 This article is concerned with the source and solution of psychological pressure of students at the foreign studies university. All the subjects investigated are students from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. The findings of this study suggest that the problems, such as studying, job hunting, self-development and self-assessment, are responsible for students＇ psychological pressure. We also find that the students are usually in a position to handle such pressure positively, while they tend to be pessimistic about coping with inter-personal relationships.
