摘 要: 针对一种永磁多回路励磁装置,采用有限元分析工具对励磁装置2个主要尺寸变化时,棒状铁磁构件的内部和表面2 mm位置的磁场分布进行了数值计算,分析了励磁装置的磁化效果,对励磁装置结构进行了设计。实验中,采用高灵敏的巨磁阻传感器对尺寸变化时励磁装置的磁化效果进行了检测,有限元分析结果与实验结果定性符合,研究结果有助于励磁装置的进一步优化设计。 For a type of permanent magnet muhiloop excitation devices,the magnetic field distribution of the inner and 2 mm above the surface of the ferromagnetic bar was numerically calculated and analyzed by FES while two important sizes is varying,the magnetization effect of the excitation device was analyzed, and the structure of the excitation device was designed. In the experiments, high sensitive giant magnetic resistive (GMR)sensor was employed to detect while the magnetization effect of the excitation device the two parameters is changing. The experimental results are qualitatively in agreement with the simulation. The research results can help to further optimize the design of the excitation device.
