摘　　要： 从系统演化的组织角度深入分析了"网下"教学目标系统他组织和"网上"教学目标系统无组织的特点,它们阻碍着网络教学的专业化发展。自组织理论为深入认识网络教学目标系统的本质提供了一个新视野,自组织网络教学目标系统的特点对于促进网络教学发展提供了有益的思路。 This paper, based on systematic evolution organization perspective, analyses the characteristics of both others - organization of off - line teaching objective system and non - organization of on - line teaching objective system, which becomes an obstacle on the way of professional development of web- based teaching. Besides, this paper gives an entire new perspective on what the essence of web - based teaching objective system with a lucid exposition of self - organization theory, and on the development of web - based teaching with intro- duction of characteristics of self - organization web - based teaching objective.
