摘 要: 损伤定位是战场抢修的前提,如何高效、快速、准确地进行损伤定位是确保战场抢修有效实施的关键.为此,本文采用TEAMS(Testability Engineering And Maintenance System)对某型自动测试系统进行战场损伤定位研究,建立了ATS(Automatic Test System)层次化模型,并得到了ATS的基本功能项目;对ATS进行测试性分析,得出ATS的损伤树;利用损伤树对ATS进行损伤定位.研究表明,与传统损伤定位方法相比,TEAMS能够减少损伤定位时间,提高了损伤诊断效率. Damage Location is the premise of BDAR. The investigation used the TEAMS to realize the damage location for ATS. Firstly, the ATS hierarchical model was constructed and the ATS basic function items were concluded. Then, the testability analysis for ATS was carried and the ATS damage tree was educed to locate the damage. The research indicates that, compared with the normal methods of damage location, TEAMS can reduce the time of locating damage and improve the efficiency of diagnosing.
