摘　　要： 在阐述滨水区综合价值基础上,通过调研和实例分析等方法,提出我国城市滨水区的存在问题;以整体观照的方法,将个案研究纳入宏观研究的范畴,研究总结了我国滨水区建设的历程和阶段特点;结合近年滨水区再开发的典型案例进行分析、综合、比较、归纳,提出了滨水区再开发的几种思路,并结合实例阐述了滨水区综合再开发的几个侧重点,在审思前阶段滨水区开发建设成果的同时,阐述了滨水区未来再开发的发展趋势。 Based on the elaboration of comprehensive values of waterfront areas associated with urban economic development, ecological structure, landscape patterns, culture, tourism and so on, this paper analyzes problems of China＇s urban waterfronts areas which include decline of flood control and shipping, confusion of space landscape, loss of water culture, eco-environmental degradation. We conclude six stages of waterfront development in China including simple use, over-exploitation, decline and desertion, environmental management, spatial arrangement, comprehensive re-development. Suggestions are put forward for redevelopments of waterfront areas by taking actual cases of waterfront redevelopments as examples. They focus on eco-environmental restoration, urban landscape creation, urban space integration, district expansion, tourism improvement, rehabilitation of urban water culture and comprehensive waterfront redevelopment. Major trends,in special distribution, redevelopment content, functional reorganization mode, environmental reform and spatial organization are discussed based on the achievements of previous stages of waterfronts development.
