摘　　要： 各种类型工业企业在效益上有非常大的差别，发展精细化工是十分必要的。详细论述了发展精细化工的若干因素，如研究与开发、环境因子、精细化工生产工艺的复杂性、核心技术、专用化学品、资源和发展精细化工的科学基础等。 In this paper,it is introduced that industry enterprises have very different economic profit.The necessity of development of fine chemicals and special products are described.Some factors of development of fine chemicals and special products,such as research and development,E factor (environmental acceptability),complication of the productive technology,core technology,special products,resource and scientific basis of development of fine chemicals and special products are discussed.
