摘　　要： 针对玻璃瓶自动装箱环节,研制了一种与机器视觉相结合的在线监控智能包装系统。检测单元由带cameralink接口的工业相机和工业计算机组成,采用了改进的canny算子以实现边缘检测和目标识别,根据下位机通信协议运用VisualBasic 6.0的ActiveX技术中的MSComm控件实现完成控制信号的传递,利用可编程逻辑控制器+伺服驱动器构成运动控制模块实现搬运动作。该系统经过反复实验验证,能够完全代替人工监测集瓶区,快速完成搬运动作,有效地提高了物流自动化程度。 Aiming at the automatic packing link of glass bottle, this paper developed the intelligent packaging system of online detection with a combination of machine vision. Detection section was composed of industry camera with cameralink and industry computer, the improved canny operator was used to realize edge detection and target recognition. MSComm of ActiveX controls in Visual Basic 6.0 was used to transmit control signal based on slave computer＇s communication protocol and programmable logic controller and servo were used to complete transporting movement. This system can replace the manual detection and complete the transporting movement fast through tests repeatedly, it can enhance the automaticity effectively.
