摘 要: 报道一种新型保红剂(LJQ-1)用于常温保持荔枝果皮红皮的试验结果.新鲜荔枝经LJQ-1浸泡处理10min后,在室温23~35℃,RH=70%~93%条件下,贮放15d果皮颜色保持鲜红色. A new type of keep red agent (LJQ-1) used for common temperature preservation of litchi fruits was reported in this paper.Fresh litchi fruits were treated with LJQ-1 for ten minutes.The color of the litchi skin keeps fresh red for 15 days at room temperature 23~35℃ and RH=70%~93%.
