摘　　要： 对原地立定推铅球的身体姿势、技术动作及考试规则的分析研究，指出“旋、展式”推铅球的技术动作存在着用力不充分及缩短了最后用力的工作距离等问题。结果肯定了要提高考生的原地推铅球成绩还是采用“普通”式的原地立定推铅球方法，“旋、展式”推铅球技术不适用。 This article analyses the posture of shot put. Through careful study and scientific analysis on the postures of both the so - called Xuan and Zhuan style in shot put, we get the conclusion that from these aspects of shot put such as shots put, technical act skills, and exam regulations, it is better to adopt general posture than to take the so called Xuan and Zhuan style posture. The ordinary posture other than the so called Xuan and Zhuan style posture is more helpful for the students to obtain good gradees.
