摘　　要： 总结了植物组织培养过程中几个突出的常见难题,包括污染、褐化、玻璃化等.这些问题是组培中的常见难题,严重影响和阻碍了组培工作的顺利进行,造成了较大的经济损失.综述近年来在该方面研究的成果,并结合自身多年的实践经验,针对其中的一些难题提出解决办法和设想,以供进一步研究参考. In this paper, research advances on several technological puzzles, which had seriously blocked the development of plant tissue culture,had been summarized in detail,including contamination, browning or darkening, hyperhydric plantlet and genetic variation,etc.Furthermore,the author discussed the causes and resoluble methods based on the achievements in recent years in the world,combined with the experiences of whom,so as to offer useful reference for further research in this field.
